All staff is highly trained to carry out the work. Fine Hands LLC management and staff adheres to strict health and safety procedures such as confined space working, with the ability to work under full breathing apparatus where necessary. Using specialist equipment used only for potable water applications and with full water tank cleaning.
 
Domestic, Commercial and Industrial water systems are fed from dedicated water storage tanks that in turn are fed from local water supply systems. Contaminated or dirty water is potentially a very severe health hazard, badly maintained water storage tanks are a major contributing factor. All water tanks and the associated pipelines must be regularly inspected, maintained, cleaned and disinfected in line with local and International standards. Numerous types of bacteria can be present in water, including the potentially fatal legion Ella. Neglected Water tanks, reservoirs and in particular cooling towers are extremely high risk areas for the spread of disease, as bacteria proliferates in contaminated or stagnant conditions. We use the very latest methods of Cleaning, disinfection technique & modern disinfection chemical to ensure a superior level of hygiene, stripping of layers of bio-film known to harbor the legion Ella bacteria, whilst being safer, environmentally friendly and better value for money.

KITCHEN CLEANING
Thorough scrubbing of hard floors and tiled walls in the kitchen
Damp wiping of all walls, skirting boards, switches, and inside windows in the kitchen
Cleaning of inside of fridge if required (customer is responsible for emptying fridge first)
Cleaning of inside of microwave (if required)
Deep cleaning of kitchen sink, work surfaces, cabinets, external cooker surfaces, and AC vents
Removal of ingrained food deposits
Removal of stains
