- Service Charges:
- A minimum callout fee of AED 250 applies for minor masonry jobs, covering the first 2 hours of labor.
- Additional labor is billed in 2-hour increments at AED 250 per block for minor jobs.
- Projects exceeding 4 hours require a custom quotation, subject to an on-site assessment and advance payment approval.
- Payment Policy:
- Full payment is due upon the technician’s arrival.
- Spare parts must be prepaid before work commences.
- Service Execution:
- Jobs are completed in a single visit unless specialized parts must be sourced (delays may apply; the callout fee remains valid).
- We reserve the right to engage certified subcontractors for specialized window/door repairs or replacements.
- Site Requirements:
- Full property access must be granted.
- Complimentary use of water and electricity (where applicable) is required.
- Parts & Materials:
- All materials are subject to UAE availability.
